Chesecake Stuffing

  • 8 OZ Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 TBSP Heavy Cream

Graham Cracker Crumbles

  • 1/3 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 TSP Sugar
  • 1/2 TBSP salted butter melted


Strawberries & Cheesecake filling

  • Slice off the bottom of the strawberries so that they are able to stand up
  • Cut the green top out at a slant but be careful not to cut too deep and make a hole in the bottom of the strawberry.
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Beat with a mixer until creamy.
  • Add the cheesecake mixture to a pipping bag or use a sandwich bag. Cut a small hole in the pipping bag or corner of the sandwich bag.
  • Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling. Put in the fridge to stay cool while you mix together the graham cracker topping.

Graham Cracker Topping

  • In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
  • Take strawberries out of the fridge and dip the top of the strawberry into the graham cracker mixture.
  • Store in the fridge or serve immediately.
