– 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour – 1 TSP Baking Powder – 1 TSP Baking Soda – 1 Cup Unsalted Butter room temperature – 1 Cup Brown Sugar packed – 3/4 Cup Sugar – 1 Egg, room temperature – 1 TSP Vanilla Extract – 1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips – 1 Cup Caramel bits – 1 TBSP Kosher Salt
IPreheat over to 350. n a bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Set aside.
With an electric mixer, blend together butter, brown sugar and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla extract.
Mix both dry and went ingredients. Once combined, fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop out mixture and roll into little balls placing on lined cookie sheet. Add in extra chocolate chips and caramel bits to the top.
Once the caramel is melted, transfer to a cooling rack. Sprinkle with salt immediately.
Once the cookie comes out the oven, take a round biscuit cutter or circle cookie cutter and swirl around to get that perfect circle shape!
