French Toast – 1 Sourdough loaf – 8 Eggs – 2 Cups Milk whole or 2% – 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 Cup Sugar – 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed – 2 TBSP Vanilla Extract – 1 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
Crumb Topping – 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour – 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar – 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon – 1/4 TSP Salt – 1/2 Cup Butter cut into pieces text
Cut up the bread into chunks and mix together the ingredients for the French toast.
Pour the creamy mixture over top the bread!
Cover the soaked bread and place in fridge overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 and make your crumb topping. Bake for 45 minutes.
