Overnight  French Toast

This overnight French toast is the perfect breakfast for Christmas morning or even Thanksgiving morning. Make it the night before and store in the fridge for a delicious meal the next day!

French Toast – 1 Sourdough loaf – 8 Eggs – 2 Cups Milk whole or 2% – 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 Cup Sugar – 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed – 2 TBSP Vanilla Extract – 1 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon

Crumb Topping – 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour – 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar – 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon – 1/4 TSP Salt – 1/2 Cup Butter cut into pieces text

Cream together the ingredients 


Cut up the bread into chunks and mix together the ingredients for the French toast. 

Create your soaked French toast


Pour the creamy mixture over top the bread!

Place in fridge


Cover the soaked bread and place in fridge overnight.

Next morning


Preheat the oven to 350 and make your crumb topping. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve warm
