Ingridents:

– 2 1/4 Cups Flour – 1 TSP Baking Soda – 1 Cup Salted butter softened – 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed – 1/4 Cup Sugar – 1 PKG Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix – 2 Eggs – 1 TSP Vanilla Extract – 1 Cup Lucky Charms Marshmallows – 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Directions:

– Preheat oven to 350 – Combine flour and baking soda in bowl. Set aside. – Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat in instant pudding mix until blended. Add vanilla and eggs. Blend. – Add flour mixture and combine thourougly. Add in chocolate chips and then gently fold in marshmallows. – Place rounded tablespoon sized dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

Giovanni loved helped me create these delicious cookies!

Once they come out of the oven allow them to cool a little as the marshmallows can be very sticky.  Then pour yourself a huge glass of milk and enjoy! 

Did you know that you can't even taste the pudding that you put in! 

Don't expect these cookies to last long in your house! Ours were gone within an hour!
