Toddlers can either be the easiest kids to shop for or the absolute hardest. Especially if they have a birthday right after Christmas like Gracelyn does! Her birthday is two weeks after Christmas so we always try to figure out what to give her for Christmas and then what to save for her birthday. I have come across some great ideas if you are trying to find a few things to round out your toddler’s gifts this year or looking to buy for a toddler birthday after the holiday season.

Surprize by Stride rite shoes

These shoes are available at Target.com and they have such amazing options. The ones I chose for Gracelyn are the Stride Rite Corissa Mary Jane Shoes. They are perfect for a quick dress up to a casual outfit or just to make my sweet girl feel girly. They have a memory foam footbed so her feet are always comfortable and they have a hook and loop closure for easy fastening. They are also 100% machine washable which is heaven sent because although she may look insanely fashionable she is bound to get them dirty at some point! Surprize by Stride Rite are the perfect shoes for both toddler boys and toddler girls. They were also Adylee’s first ever pair of walking shoes!
A child’s introduction to the nutcracker

The Nutcracker is a timeless ballet piece that everyone young and old can truly appreciate. What I love about this Introduction to the Nutcracker from Running Press is that this tells this classic story in a way that toddlers can truly understand appreciate. It’s much more than just retelling the story but rather really letting them see the art, culture, and all the characters within this story. We recently had the chance to take the kids to see a rendition of The Nutcracker ballet show and Gracelyn was hooked so when I saw this, I knew it was something she would absolutely love. The illustrations within the book are just beautiful as well which really captures her eye. This is such a great book to gift to dancers or anyone who may love books about dance.

Green toys
This best for baby bundle from Green Toys is also really great! Green Toys are made from 100% recyclable plastic, are eco-friendly and made in the USA. In this adorable little bundle, is a tugboat for some bath time fun, a race car that is just perfect for those little hands, a twist teether that is easy to grab and pull and a book called Brave Little Tugboat that the kids are just sure to love. There is nothing sweeter than watching kids interact with these toys! They are also dishwasher safe and perfect for those little ones who are teething as there are no small parts. Code BABBLE will be valid on greentoys.com for 20% off all orders from 11/26/21 through 12/17/21.

These are just a couple things that I came across that not only worked for Gracelyn but also are great ideas for your little ones.
