If you love fall as much as me then you probably live for all things pumpkin. Last year, I became obsessed with the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. I almost cried when they officially took it off the menu to replace it with Christmas items.
This year, I’m craving it a little earlier than Starbucks is set to release which is August 24. Earlier than ever before but my heart is just ready now. Summer is done in my book so give me all things pumpkin spice! That’s why, I had to start making this yummy cold brew at home!
I am so excited to share this recipe with y’all because I am so ready to enjoy this deliciousness with a sweater on, some converse, skinny jeans and just spend the day outside not sweating by butt off. Florida and I don’t mix when it comes to the heat so this brings me all the fall vibes that I need. But nothing is better than getting to enjoy it during the actual Fall season!
Here is what you’re going to need to make your Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at home:
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at Home
Heavy Whipping Cream -eyeball the amount to fit how much you want
1 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
Vanilla Syrup – again eyeball. I usually do a couple splashes
1 TSP or less of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pumpkin Spice syrup (optional)
- Combine heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup and pumpkin pie spice into a cup. Stir with a milk brother
- Pour your cold brew concentrate over ice. Add in a splash of pumpkin pie spice syrup.
- Pour your cold foam mixture on top
- Top with pumpkin pie spice
There you have it! You’re very own Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew right at home before the start of the season. Enjoy it during the season to save some money, have it in the middle of June to give yourself all the fall vibes, or during December if you don’t love Peppermint Mocha. The possibilities of when you can enjoy this yummy deliciousness is endless because pumpkin puree is sold year round at stores!
Out of the Pumpkin Spice syrup? Get yours here at Amazon whenever you are out and you can STILL enjoy this baby year round.
Let’s bring on all the fall vibes!
