Top 5 Favorite Essential Oil Blends

I absolutely love essential oils and all the properties that they can help with. I have watched Gracelyn’s fever from teething go down within an hour just from creating a roller blend and rubbing it down her spine. Zero intervention from any type of fever reducer. Like what?? Giovanni has a hard time handling his emotions and I have watched a essential oil blend that I put in the diffuser, instantly calm him down and help him regulate his emotions during a meltdown.

The blends you can create are seriously ENDLESS! I have listed my Top 5 here for you guys and I am not going to lie, there are seriously way more than 5 that I love but if I am diffusing then these are my go to ones. There are a couple that are more fall themed but sometimes you just need to smell a good pumpkin spice smell. Especially if you are anything like me and you countdown for the cooler months once the heat hits.
