If you’re a regular around here you know that I love a good breakfast board because it’s the easiest way to give my kids a whole bunch of different things to eat and not have to worry about them wanting chips or something equally junky instead. Plus, I love to celebrate all the holidays so it gives me an excuse to make fun donuts, pancakes, and bust out my Rae Dunn lazy Susan board. Any excuse for the Dunn right?

This board was insanely similar to the one I did for Valentine’s Day as I did strawberries, blueberries, grapes and a cut up banana for the fruit. I also used bacon and cinnamon rolls again because those two are always a staple for breakfast for my littles. This time though I decided to make green pancakes because why not!! I added in two small bowls of lucky charms so that they could put them on top of their pancakes with whipped cream for some fun and they really enjoyed that! Giovanni kept saying “mommy they’re green” and laughing. It was so cute!
I also added in two eggs scrambled this time since we didn’t have waffles and they really enjoyed that as well. Somehow, they only eat eggs when they’re on a breakfast board. Go figure!!

The printable placemat was such a hit at Valentine’s that I decided to bring it back but of course, make it St. Patrick’s themed. Below is the one that I created for this breakfast board fun.

The Kids Loved Coloring Their Placemat!
I try to always have them color some before eating so that they will eat. Once they’ve done that then they can go for it and grab all the things. Gracelyn couldn’t wait this time and went straight for the donuts. In the one picture below, you can see Giovanni’s face like “uh oh” It was too cute.
