Halloween, just like everything else, looks different this year. I am determined to make this holiday as good as I can for my babies because there was so much they already had to miss out on. We’re still very unsure if we will be trick or treating so, I decided to come up with these adorable little Halloween baskets full of goodies for them.

I got the buckets at Target in the dollar spot and thought they were just super cute plus very practical if we do end up going out for trick or treating because they are deep so lots of candy can be dumped in!
When I was deciding what to put in the baskets, I knew that I didn’t wanna do toys really or stuff that they’d throw aside and be done with in seconds. I went with stuff that they love to play with or always ask for when we go to the dollar spot at Target or the Dollar Tree. Let me tell you, don’t sleep on the Dollar Tree this year for fun Halloween pieces.
Adylee is obsessed with slime and putty so I made sure to put that in hers plus a fun little headband for her as well as Gracelyn and a cup to match her siblings. Even though she’s older, I try to always include her by adding in stuff she likes plus making sure her brother and sister have something that matches so they feel like they are all doing the same things.

They all got a box of Krabby Patties because they are just obsessed with them. Plus I grabbed some bubbles and glow sticks because you can never go wrong with them! I also snagged some Tootsie Rolls because they like to share them with their Papa (it’s their thing) and a little light up toy that they always want to grab when we go to Target.

It isn’t crazy but it’s fun for them and that’s all that matters! Holidays are so big in our family so the possibility that there could be none really makes me sad so I had to do something for them that still brings us all together as a family. Does your family celebrate every holiday?

We are doing a trunk or treat this year and I think I will make this our first pumpkin carving year also. I usually avoid it like the plague but I think Cassidy will enjoy it.
