Since Gracelyn was born, sleep has never been something that she liked to do. Her first night home I slept a total of 30 minutes because she was up all night. I just assumed she had her days and nights mixed up until she was 6 months and still not sleeping. She naps for no longer than 30 minutes a day and usually wakes up every 45 mins-2 hours at night.
After a year of sleeping a total of 3 hours a night, I decided that enough was enough. I needed more sleep and so did Gracelyn. I had googled a million things but nothing quite worked for us. We had quit swaddling her around the time that she learned how to roll over so that wasn’t an option for her anymore but we did just about everything else from white noise, bath before bed and everything in between.

Enter in, Little Ones Sleep Program. I read everything in one day and immediately started to implement it in our everyday routine. One night in and she had only woke up twice that night. It was so refreshing to wake up and not feel like I had slept 20 mins. The next day, we woke up at the recommended time and began our day. We had a minor hiccup during nap time but we pushed through.

Since then, we have had successful night sleeping! Our daytime naps are still kinda wonky but the most important part is getting better. A couple weeks after starting the program, Gracelyn got the flu so everything kinda went all over the place but once she got better we started the schedule again. I was so scared that it would be hard to get her back on it but it wasn’t too difficult and she kinda fell back into routine almost immediately.

My favorite part of the program is that there is a little “village” where you can ask any kind of question and their qualified specialists will answer you right away with advice and they are available to talk to any time of the day! The app even alerts you as soon as they answer too which is so awesome because you don’t have to continuously check back and potentially miss the answer. Another awesome thing is that they give you an outline of what a schedule should like for the age your babe which is super helpful for me as Gracelyn was already following a portion of it.
If you’re little one is keeping you up at night and you’re like me, wanting to find that one thing that’s going to help you get some sleep then I highly suggest looking into this program. There are so many helpful tips that I have personally seen work!
